According to a recent article published here http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0%2C7340%2CL-4006385%2C00.html a senior authority on Jewish law in the Religious Zionism movement, Rabbi Dov Lior, said that a Jewish woman should never get pregnant using sperm donated by a non-Jewish man – even if it is the last option available.
According to him, a baby born through such an insemination will have the "negative genetic traits that characterize non-Jews."

Rael commented saying that  "This is racism at its worst. What would the world says if somebody were to be saying, 'Don't use Jewish sperm because it can create criminals.' Everybody would (rightfully) condemn such a statement as criminal Antisemitism. So why is this double standard being accepted?”

This article reports Lior saying among other things:
"If the father is not Jewish, the child will inherit the non-Jews characters which he represents as cruelty and barbarism!
"Artificial insemination and sperm donation should be avoided, as they lead to waste of sperm, unclear genealogy and other Jewish law offenses."
" Women should concentrate their efforts on getting married younger instead of freezing their eggs to use at a later date. The role of women – child rearing – is not less important than an academic degree."
"Single women shouldn't get pregnant. If a child is born without a father, he cannot be 100% normal. According to rabbinical literature these kids are "criminals and subjects of other negative phenomena."
