The "Adopt a Clitoris" program launched by RAEL, spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement, has had a huge impact worldwide and many are contributing through the website of Clitoraid (www.clitoraid.org), the private non-profit organization that organizes the reconstruction campaign. Considering the huge number of Burkinabe volunteers to be operated on and as Clitoraid received offers from numerous doctors to travel to Ouagadougou and help rebuild the clitoris of all the excised women, the Prophet Rael declared: “instead of using Clitoraid’s collected money to operate on just a few women, we should create the first Raelian Hospital, the “Pleasure Hospital”, and operate on all African women, for free, with the help of Raelian or non-Raelian benevolent doctors.”
A Raelian OBGYN from America will lead the team of doctors who will operate in this new facility that should be built before the end of the year. Meanwhile, the number of candidates for the surgical procedures in Burkina Faso and in Ivory Coast is climbing fast and Raelian Members in these countries are giving out thousands of pamphlets to the population to inform them of this new hope to get their pleasure back and stop the barbaric mutilation forever.
