Bb Rn Brigitte Boisselier. official spokesperson of the Raelian Movement issued the following comment on the Movie 'Expelled' from Japan on April 21st.

Debate about Ben Stein’s “Expelled” is triggering public awareness that something is very wrong with the two traditional explanations of life’s origin: creationism and evolution. After all, if evolutionists and creationists haven’t been able to reach some kind of truce after a century and a half, it means something essential is missing in the debate.
“Expelled” highlights flaws in the theory of evolution and shows how unquestioning acceptance of the Darwinian mindset can distort our search for knowledge and the normal path of scientific research. In a few months, another movie, “Religulous” by Bill Maher and Larry Charles, will lampoon the ridiculous inherent in all religions. Raelians are to be included and will therefore have the pleasure of seeing themselves “roasted” on screen. We can’t wait!

Each camp – evolutionist and creationist – has evidence that doesn’t fit the other’s theory, and both are undeniably right in pointing this out. When scientists face situations in which facts don’t fit a given theory, they know by experience that they need to propose a new theory – one that doesn’t contradict proven facts. This is exactly what the Raelian view brings to the mix: a theory that does fit the facts. What’s more, it fits all the facts, more of which are coming to light all the time as we move closer and closer to singularity (the point at which everything will be known).

The Raelian theory that advanced extraterrestrial scientists created life on Earth – including us – was also partially proposed by others, including world-famous scientists Sir Fred Hoyle and Francis Crick. It was also nicely expressed by Richard Dawkins in his “Expelled” interview with Ben Stein and in his April 18 L.A. Times article, “Gods and Earthlings.”
However, despite his brilliant mind, Dawkins stumbles over the same simple question Rael has been asked millions of times: “If they created us, who created them?’

“Gods or aliens, if they are complex enough to be capable of designing anything, are, by virtue of their complexity, not in a position to design themselves,” Dawkins says.

This is where science must come to terms with a philosophical understanding of our universe. That’s why those who created us sent us another messenger, Rael. They knew we need help grasping another part of our reality – the concept of infinity, which applies not only to the inanimate universe but to life, including us. Without that concept, we can’t progress further.
